From September 2026, we will be redesigning our main building, creating even more space for comfort,
service and shared holiday moments. From December 2026 onwards, you can look forward to:

new reception area with an expanded mini-market selection
a modernized children’s playroom
as well as a new toddler playroom

From spring 2027, you can expect further special innovations and features:

new, bright & spacious fitness room
and the undisputed highlight: our new panoramic wellness area with two saunas, two steam rooms, an outdoor
whirlpool with forest views, a homey lounge, a panoramic relaxation room and a deep silence relaxation room
Perfect for arriving, winding down and enjoying - all this in the heart of scenic Ötztal.

Important information regarding the renovation work.

Due to renovation work on the main building, the restaurant, children's playroom, fitness room and kiosk (including fresh bread service) will be closed from 24 August 2026.
From 24 Aug to 01 Sep 2026, only preparatory work will take place.
The actual construction work will start on 01 September 2026.
The sanitary facilities, sauna, private family cabins, sun terrace and other outdoor areas will remain fully accessible throughout this period.
Please note that there may be some disruptions during the construction work.
Take advantage of significantly reduced rates during the renovation period from 23 Aug 2026 to 01 Nov 2026.
The campsite will then be closed from 01 Nov 2026 to 18 Dec 2026.
