Kiosk
In the reception building. Here you can purchase groceries, camping accessories and much more. Bread and fresh baked goods available at 8:00 am. Advance orders are not necessary.

Gas Bottles
Gas bottles 5 kg (11 lbs), 11 kg (24 lbs) and 33 kg (73 lbs) and Euro exchange bottles are available at the reception desk. We charge a bottle deposit of € 45.00 which is refunded when bottles are returned.

Gas Connection
Gas connections are done by our staff and we also provide the gas hose. After the 5th day of connection, the connection fee is no longer charged. For connections for 1-4 days, a connection fee of € 4.00 is charged.

Children`s Playroom and Fitnessroom
We have a children`s playroom and a fitnessroom in the cellar of the reception building. This facility can be used free of charge during the business hours of the reception.

Lounge (2nd floor of the Sanitary Building)
The lounge is equipped with a large TV and is available for our guests from 7:00 am until 11:00 pm.

Waste Disposal Station and Utility Hookup for RVs
In addition to the sanitary building, there is a waste disposal station and utility hookup that operates throughout the year and is also free of charge.

Freezer for Cooling Packs
You can store your cooling packs in the freezer at the main entrance of the sanitary building at no extra charge.

Lockers
You can store your valuables free of charge in a locker at the reception.

Ski Bus
Our ski bus stop is located approx. 150 meters (492 feet) from the reception. Just walk over the pedestrian bridge towards the hot springs spa and you will reach the bus stop. (Routes are available at the reception)

The heated ski and boot room is located in a building to the right near the entrance

TV Connection
Each camping spot is equipped with a satellite TV connection. There are approx. 28 channels available. A special cable can be borrowed (a safety deposit of € 36.00 is required) at the reception desk. Download Channel List.

Internet
Across the entire campsite, you have Internet access via WLAN on your own laptop. Access or additional information is available at our reception. For guests without their own laptops, we have an Internet station available in the reception building
